วิธีการตั้งค่าเพื่อรับ-ส่ง Email (@tongkah.org) แบบใหม่

ตามที่ได้รับแจ้งจากบริษัทที่ดูแล website ของสโมสรถึงการปรับปรุงระบบ Email (@tongkah.org)

โดยการเพิ่มระดับการตรวจสอบและกลั่นกรอง Virus และ Spam ซึ่งการปรับปรุงระบบดังกล่าวมีผลต่อการ

ตั้งค่า Account Name ในโปรแกรมรับ - ส่ง Email จากเดิม username%tongkah.org แก้ไขเป็น

[email protected] โดยเพื่อนสมาชิกสามารถเข้าไปแก้ไขได้ ตามขั้นตอนดังนี้

- คลิก Tools ในโปรแกรม Outlook Express

- คลิก Account แล้วเลือก Mail, click :mail.tongkah.org แล้วเลือก Properties

- คลิก Server ในช่อง Account name แก้ไข % แทนที่ด้วย @

- คลิก OK

Dear Client,

This announcement affects all Express Data hosting clients who are using our e-mail service.

We are happy to announce that after many months of developing and testing
our new e-mail cluster, we are ready to migrate all e-mail accounts over
to this system.

The migration will commence on Tuesday, August 8th, 2006 and will continue
over the following few days until completion.

The new system will bring many benefits including significant increase
in quotas, increased stability, more efficient e-mail deliveries and
better control over anti-virus and anti-spam features. However, please
note these *important* changes:

* Login for POP/IMAP/SMTP authentication - Please use @ instead of % for
the new system. Example,

Account Name: user%mydomain.com

Change to new setup as below,

Account Name: user@mydomain.com
